Either way, it’s important to know how to work your butt. The key to changing the shape of any body part is exercise. Muscle exercise is excellent for firming and adding definition, while cardiovascular exercise and diet work to remove unwanted fat. Try these muscle exercises that will either increase your butt or help to firm the butt while losing fat.
